Due to the location of our house in the outskirts in light south-facing location you can reach the town center in five minutes. The same also applies to the cross-country skiing, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets and many restaurants and the buses to the ski resort Winklmoos-Steinplatte. Hiking trails start right above the house. Nice destinations are reachable by walking, z. B.  Hutzenalm, Taubenseehaus, Rinderbrachalm .....
